Tolle Stadt. Positive: Das ganze Design war in sich sehr stimmig. Negative: Die Kommunikation war etwas schwierig, ich habe - trotz Nachfragen - nie eine Antwort auf eine Parkplatz- oder Frühstücksanfrage erhalten.

Positive: Brugge is an awesome city. Negative: I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was disappointing from start to finish. The first major issue was the room. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable, and although a tiny air cooler was provided, it was nowhere near enough to cool the room. This is something the property could easily improve. Basic amenities were also lacking. There was no toothbrush or toothpaste provided. While these may seem like small things, they make a big difference to a guest's overall experience. The sink pipe was leaking, so every time I used the sink, water pooled on the floor and my feet ended up soaked. It was unpleasant and clearly something that should have been fixed. The floors were incredibly noisy. One evening, while simply walking upstairs, a guest from the floor below came out and asked me to be quieter. I was already walking as softly as possible, the creaking floors made noise no matter what I did. Breakfast was another disappointment. The breakfast timings were either not communicated properly or not mentioned at all. Every morning, when I was ready to head out around 9:00 a.m., I was told breakfast was no longer available and that I should eat elsewhere. After a while, it almost became comical to even ask. The most frustrating issue, however, was with my booking. I accidentally booked for two guests instead of one. I contacted the property immediately and was assured multiple times that the correction would be reflected on the final receipt. Unfortunately, despite all those promises, the receipt still showed two guests. I never even got the chance to meet the owner to resolve the issue in person. Final verdict: I cannot recommend this place. There were simply too many avoidable problems, poor communication, and unfulfilled promises. It felt like the management greatly underestimated how much inconvenience a guest is expected to tolerate. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Positive: Die Lage der Unterkunft ist hervorragend. Alles andere ist schlechter als erwartet.Bei dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis erwartet man eine top Unterkunft. Was man vorfindet, ist eine Unterkunft, die etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Es ist mittelmäßig sauber überall Staub. Die öffentliche Toilette beim Frühstücksraum ist eine Katastrophe. Sie wird gleichzeitig als Bügel und Abstellraum genutzt. Die Tür lässt sich nicht verschließen und die Armaturen sind nicht sauber. Schlussendlich kann man sagen: bei dem Preis hätte ich auf jeden Fall eine ganz andere Unterkunft erwartet. Was auf jeden Fall überzeugt ist die Lage. Wenn man den Preis für die Lage bezahlen möchte, ist das in Ordnung
